Managing the density of sunlight into a building is a key element in reaching the recommended 500-1,000 lux level, and blinds are a determining factor in accomplishing levels in that range.
Polyscreens, blackouts and pearlised fabrics are some of the technical fabrics used in the manufacture of Bandalux blinds to protect, filter or thermally regulate interior areas and ensure healthy conditions in a work environment. Polyscreen® fabric (high-tenecity polyester), in all its different openness factors, provides the perfect balance between visibility of the outside world and sunlight filtering. Pearlised fabric is infused with a reflective film on the surface of the fabric facing the window, providing a higher degree of reflection than other fabrics. Blackout fabric prevents sunlight from entering interior spaces, premises and/or buildings in which the use of other types of protective and darkening elements is inappropriate or not possible. All the fabrics named here have the M1 official European fire-resistance certification. |
